Water Concession Granting

The aim of the contract was to set up an information system to support and manage Water Concession granting process, managed by  Environmental Agency.

The IS is intended to follow and manage the water concessions within the duration of concession validity. The system has to support any data and events that are required and to be followed by the law of water registry. It allows following any data-changes related to the particular water concession and data related to concession-payments. The system allows to generate and view geographical layers including reference points that are important for a particular concession. Additionally it allows viewing, and managing the data about concessions and about concessionaires.
