Water Agreements

The purpose of the contract was to develop and set up an information system support for granting water agreements and licenses for underground waters research on Environmental Agency.

The developed system is intended to support the procedure of water license (agreements) granting , to support the decision-making process of water license granting and handling of all necessary data in the process of water licensing. All data included in the IS are part of legislative requirements concerning water registry. The tools allow users to follow water granting procedures, data viewing using geographical interface, generating a layer of water agreements and automatic generation of formal administrative documents within the process.

Another part of the system supports the licensing procedure for research of underground waters. It supports the whole procedure;  handling all necessary data for underground water licensing process. The tools allow users to follow underground waters granting procedures, data viewing using geographical interface, generating a layer of water agreements and automatic generation of formal administrative documents within the process. It also allows to enter geographical layers of wells for research, data viewing through geographical viewer and automatic generation of formal administrative documents within the procedure.
